Users can delete their account directly from within the STAYTIQ app at any time, subject to the process below.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Account & Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm your request.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Associated personal data (for example profile information, bookings, and preferences) will be removed from our systems in line with our policies.
