Terms of Service for STAYTIQ
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between STAYTIQ, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“STAYTIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and Hotel Partners, Guests, and Vendors. By accessing our QR-powered hospitality marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important Notice
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration under AAA rules, and you waive the right to a jury trial or class-wide arbitration.
Nature of Platform
STAYTIQ is a technology platform and marketplace intermediary. We facilitate transactions between Guests and Vendors; we are not a food provider, transportation service, or experience operator.
Hotel Partner Terms
Hotel Partners must execute a separate Subscription Agreement. Partners are responsible for QR code placement and maintaining accurate property data.
Guest Terms
Available to registered hotel guests aged 18+. Guests can access services via QR code for personal, non-commercial use during their stay.
Vendor Obligations
Vendors must undergo KYC/KYB verification via Stripe Connect. Vendors represent they hold all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance.
Orders & Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refund eligibility varies by service type (e.g., 5-minute window for food delivery).
Liability & Disclaimers
STAYTIQ is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of Vendor services. The platform is provided 'As Is' with limited liability.
Intellectual Property
STAYTIQ retains all rights to its software and brand. Partners and Vendors grant STAYTIQ a limited license to display logos for marketplace operations.
