Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (like booking info), data shared by hotel partners, and technical data collected automatically through QR scan events.

Direct: Name, email, phone, and room number
Hotel: Reservation dates and room assignments
Third-party: Google OAuth and Vendor fulfillment status
Automatic: Device IDs, IP address, and QR scan events

Use of Information

Your data is used to operate the platform, process transactions via Stripe, communicate service updates, and ensure security through fraud detection.

Fraud prevention and security monitoring
Anonymized usage analytics

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary data with hotels to facilitate stays and with vendors to fulfill your specific orders.

Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) and Row-level security. We retain financial records for 7 years per tax compliance.

Account data: Duration + 2 years
Transaction records: 7 years (Tax/Financial)
QR session logs: 13 months (then anonymized)
Security logs: 3 years

California Rights

California residents have specific rights under CCPA/CPRA. We also recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
